    Joy to the World!
    O Come, All Ye Faithful
    What Child Is This?
    Silent Night! Holy Night!
    Hark! The Herald Angels Sing

No other time of year is so associated with music as is Christmas! It is truly a season of songs. Think about it. Love inspires more songs than anything else! “For God so loved the world that he gave…” In Jesus we see how His love gives to us, serves us, spends time with us, speaks affirmation to us, and touches us! It is truly a love worth celebrating and singing about! No wonder no other faith evokes so much music in worship! And no other holiday gets as much song! Divine love brings it forth.

God’s love in Jesus Christ is typified and foreshadowed in the Bible even as romantic love in marriage (Revelation 19:7-9, Ephesians 5:25-27, 2 Corinthians 11:2). It is “The song of songs…” (Song 1:1). For Jesus the “Savior” whom God would give us at the first Christmas is also the “Bridegroom” who will come again to take the Church as His bride – all those who trust in Him! In fact, the phrase “song of songs”, with the repetition of a word, is a way the Hebrew language specifically declares such a love song to be “the most excellent of songs”!

Creation reflects its Maker. And there are all sorts of “types and shadows” of foreknowledge in the Bible regarding future fulfillments of God (1 Corinthians 10:11, Hebrews 10:1). The original man, Adam, for example, was a type of Christ as a full representative of mankind. “For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive” (1 Corinthians 15:22).

Everyone will be resurrected in Christ. But only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s “book of life” (Revelation 20:11-15) will experience the glory of the age to come. They will be forever in a covenant love relationship with Him in “the glory which shall be revealed” (Romans 8:18). This is the Lord’s free gift! Those whose names are not in the “book of life” will be judged upon their own works, and, thus, their sin because they have not trusted Christ.

Notice also the Bible teaches that the sin of Adam brought death. So then how can Christians accept such evolution accommodations as “pre-Adamic men” who were dying before Adam? How can Christians really accept the long ages of evolution or some form of theistic evolution? This is why our understanding of origins, of creation, and the teaching of creation science to offset the propaganda of evolutionism is so important.

As just one example, according to evolution, mankind is supposed to have descended from apes, primates. Yet apes can only grunt and scream. They cannot verbalize, let alone sing songs as we have been discussing. Their tongues are flat, not curved. And the larynx – the voice box and connection for air from the throat to the lungs – is high so that they can drink water and breathe at the same time. They simply cannot pass air over their tongues to make all the various sounds necessary for speech and song.

Furthermore, there is no evolutionary advantage to place the larynx lower, as it is in humans, because it invites choking to death! There would be no “driver” for such an imagined evolution of species. So from that point of view, we should have descended from songbirds – but that’s a whole other set of issues.

In an age of evolution-dominated materialism, the message of creation truth is increasingly important. This is why the “angel having the everlasting gospel” which the Lord sends to visit the earth in Revelation 14 proclaims creation truth to “every nation, kindred, tongue, and people”. And this is what your ministry at Creation Moments is laboring hard to do!

This past year we have redoubled our efforts to broadcast Bible truth to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people. We started our expanded broadcasting of Spanish-language programs to the Caribbean and South America, including the Communist countries of Cuba and Venezuela in May. We grew our Korean language outreach in East Asia. We started airing our English programming to Singapore and Indonesia in September. And we have translated and produced Mandarin Chinese language programming that will start airing throughout the Far East, including Communist China, on January 1 of the coming year.

In addition, we have continued and grown other outreaches to “proclaim evidence for truth” in a world running headlong into the various deceptions and lies of the devil. We upgraded and revised our popular Mount St Helens Experience video. We produced new videos based on the Creation Moments radio broadcasts, and we have grown our internet presence through partnership with other webcast ministries. Our free Creation Moments app has become increasingly popular and is scored by users as 4.7 stars out of 5. We have also grown our popular Bulletin Inserts program and our Scrambled Scriptures wordsearch puzzles, including Spanish versions of the inserts and the puzzles.

At the end of the year, we want to especially thank you for helping us bring ever more people to a point where their names will be found in the book of life! Your support of Creation Moments is critical. And this is part of God’s plan – that the Lord’s giving to us prompts our giving to others! The “glory which shall be revealed” is worth our prayer and sacrifice in the present evil age! The Lord bless you and make His marvelous face shine upon you!
