Dear Friend of Creation Moments,
I will never forget driving along the magnificent Columbia River Gorge in the early morning hours, watching the light break gloriously through the clouds with rays from the sun in a brilliance of formation and color, with varied views at every turn – and just being impressed about the Lord. What a blessing! I was on a business trip with a salesman co-worker who, though not in the habit of talking about such things, couldn’t help himself and commented that this was the majesty and glory of God – and we began conversing about spiritual matters while basking in the marvel and magnificence of it all. Indeed, as Martin Luther said:
“God writes the gospel not in the Bible alone, but on trees and flowers and clouds and stars.”
The Great Commission, in which your partner ministry Creation Moments participates, not only means leading people to faith in the truth of Jesus Christ, but also the “pre-evangelism” part – teaching of the truth of God from which they can be pointed to Christ! This is becoming more and more important, as modern culture spreads all over the world and continues with its march of evolution-propaganda in the training and development of people. People need to know about the Creator.
Simultaneously, there is an ongoing drop in biblical literacy and an elevation of humanism and socialism, based as they are in godlessness. Such training of modern mankind must be offset with training about how relevant and important the Bible is and how it can and should be thoroughly believed. The Great Commission, therefore, means that we provide biblical truth for all people!
And as you can see below, the gospel seeds our ministry have been sowing with your help is reaching people and changing lives:

In the past year of 2023, Creation Moments continued producing programs and transmitting them with Trans World Radio in English, Korean, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and Hindi, reaching people in Far East Asia, South Asia, South America, Latin America and the Caribbean. And, of course,our continued broadcasts on over 1,300 radio stations all over North America can be heard by countless millions of listeners.
We expanded our outreach in India with a new broadcasting transmitter from Sri Lanka. And we continued our outreach in Eastern Europe in the Ukrainian, Russian, and Romanian languages, partnering with native Christians who have greatly appreciated the Creation Moments messaging. Radio continues to be our largest outreach and main focus. The transmitted spoken word is still greatly blessed because, “Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17).
We also continued to expand our outreach through our partnership with TWR360 and OnePlace.com, and through the Creation Moments App, our website (creationmements.com), and our messages posted on social media. We have targeted our new Creation Moments minute-long videos – launched on Instagram – to engage with young people who frequently view short videos. We have also launched Creation Moments Gospel Tracts and have made those available at no cost in Spanish and Korean as well as in English this past year.
As we approach the end of 2023, we see a lot of stories reviewing the “History of the Year”. But consider this: The Bible not only gives us accurate “Earth History” and “Human History”, it also gives us plenty of “History in Advance”!
Biblical prophecy has included the prediction of the development and domination of evolution theory by a willfully corrupt mankind. It speaks of our replacement of the “Creator” with the “creature” (Romans 1:18-25) that is quite true in a modern sense of “naturalism” and “evolutionism”. And it has predicted the scoffing and mocking of earth history in spite of all the geological and historical evidence of the Great Flood of Noah’s time (2 Peter 3:3-6).
In our day, illumination from the Word and the Holy Spirit is leading to a great harvest of souls and the preaching of Jesus worldwide! Creation Moments is participating in this work, and we are launching new outreaches as we have described in this and previous letters – shining the light of biblical truth and hope in areas of the world without much historical gospel witness and in the midst of cultures with a cultural “falling away”.
We truly value and thank you for being part of this legacy! And I’m sure the Lord does as well! It is His eternal will for His “imagers” (all people, whom He made “in His image”) to be reconciled to Him for community through all eternity with Him (1 Timothy 2:4-6).
But though the Bible says He is “longsuffering… not willing that any should perish” (2 Peter 3:9) He will not tarry forever. And as we continue to see prophecy unfold, we can realize that we are moving ever closer to His culmination of the Age. This gives us a sense of urgency at Creation Moments to fulfill God’s purpose and calling for us – to proclaim the Gospel “to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people” all over the world.
