Dear Friend of Creation,
“How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” (Romans 10:15, #38 Messiah).
“Their sound is gone out into all lands, and their words unto the ends of the world” (Romans 10:18b, #39 Messiah).
These Scriptures adapted into musical verse, are numbered compositions of Handel’s Messiah (1741 AD). The great and famous oratorio has 53 separate compositions in total and uses a powerful set of Scripture texts to tell the entire Christian message in a single narrative piece of music! The end of the year at Christmastime sees thousands of live performances of Handel’s Messiah all over the world, in reminder of our prophesied Savior and King, Jesus Christ!
2024 has been another very eventful and significant year, and one of continuing growth and progress for Creation Moments in partnership with you – our faithful supporters in prayer and finances. And we are so thankful for your steadfast participation in this work! As the Bible teaches, those who “give” share in the reward of those who “go” (1 Corinthians 3:8).
Not only do we continue broadcasting on over 1,300 radio stations and outlets in North America, but this year we continued to expand our online outreach as well as our radio outreach program worldwide. We now reach more “nations, kindreds, tongues, and people” (Revelation 14:6) than ever before – proclaiming that the God of the Bible, the Almighty Creator who has reached out to us in love through the Savior, is wonderful and true! We now broadcast in 8 different languages including the top 4 most spoken languages of the world – English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and Hindi. Our materials and outreach are now seen and heard by millions and available to billions.
We are coming to the end of another year – and therefore conscious that time keeps on ticking away! In the Lord’s plan this present age, with all its evil, will one day soon come to an end. And the full blessing and salvation of God in Christ will be revealed in all its glory, joy, and judgment. In the meantime, what are we to do? The Bible encourages us to “Redeem(ing) the time, for the days are evil” (Ephesians 5:16). So I ask you, will you take this opportunity to help spread the light of the truth of God?
The transmitted spoken word is still greatly blessed because “Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). In 2024 we have significantly ramped up our video messaging, reaching out with new media on new platforms. Just as the reformers of the Protestant Reformation utilized the newly invented movable-type-printing press of their day, so it is also highly important for us to utilize the full range of media available in our day to reach every corner of the world with biblical truth.
As biblical creationists know, the Bible not only gives us accurate “Earth History” and “Human History”. But it also gives us plenty of “History in Advance”! For example, biblical prophecy has included the prediction of the development and domination of evolution theory by a willfully corrupt mankind. It speaks of our replacement of the “Creator” with the “creature” (Romans 1:18-25) which is quite true in a modern sense of naturalism and evolutionism. The Bible has predicted the scoffing and mocking of earth history in spite of all the geological and historical evidence of the Great Flood of Noah’s time (2 Peter 3:3-6). This is why “creation-evangelism” is so important – the witness of design found in all of creation points to the Living God, the Creator of all things, who has given us a Savior in recognition of our great need for Him. And with Christ, the opportunity for eternal fellowship with Him!
In our day, illumination from the Word and the Holy Spirit is leading to a great harvest of souls and the preaching of Jesus worldwide! Creation Moments is participating in this work. In fact, through your generous support, we are officially launching new outreaches in the coming year into large swaths of Africa, as described in previous letters! We are shining the light of biblical truth and hope in areas of the world without much historical gospel witness, and proclaiming Christ as the only firm foundation in societies experiencing a cultural “falling away”.
We truly value you and thank you for being part of this legacy! And I know the Lord does so as well! It is His eternal will for His “imagers” (all people, whom He made “in His image”) to be reconciled to Him for community through all eternity with God (1 Timothy 2:4-6).
“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain, and hath redeemed us to God, by His blood, to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing. Blessing and honor and glory and power be unto Him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb forever and ever.” (Revelation 5:12-14, #53 Messiah) “Amen!”
In the last composition within Messiah, as with the Hallelujah Chorus and others, we are reminded that this age, this world system, is not all there is. The Bible tells us to get ready for a great consummation and celebration of Him who is truly worthy, and to whom we can be truly thankful that we are called into a glorious everlasting future of wonderful fellowship, joy, love, and reward far beyond what we can possibly imagine!
We have big plans for 2025 and ask that you pray for His kingdom to “come” and His “will be done” in our ministry. Many blessings and thanks to you all for your love and generosity as we celebrate the wonderful season at the end of this year! We look forward with excited anticipation to another year of growth and outreach in sounding God’s “words unto the ends of the world”!
